We will start with the basics and introduce crystal learning, covering topics such as:

 

- What is crystal healing how to choose a crystal

- Crystal care - cleansing and setting intentions

- Crystal affirmations

- Healing properties and benefits

- Crystal meditation

 

Refreshments included, plus you will take home your own crystal to continue practicing all you learn in the workshop.
